JER does not charge any fees for article submission, processing, or publication.
All editorial procedures — from submission and peer review to editing, production, and publication — are entirely free of charge for authors. This policy reflects the journal’s commitment to open access principles and to fostering inclusive science, free from financial barriers to the dissemination of academic knowledge.

Special Issues

The evaluation and publication of Special Issues are conducted on a case-by-case basis, following submission of a formal proposal to the Editorial Team. Interested editors or research groups must complete a dedicated proposal form, in accordance with the Special Issue Guidelines, which outline editorial criteria, thematic scope, and scheduling.
